Level of Accepted Professionalism:
All of our security Officers receive 4 distinct individual training blocks.
Block One is – SECURITY (3 HRS)
(A) Security Awareness
(B) Courtesy officer vs. Patrol officer
(C) Securing the area
Block Two is – REPORT WRITING (3 HRS)
(A) How to take notes
(B) Activity logs
(C) Incident Reports / <PCRS>
Block Three is – Verbal De-Escalation (3 HRS)
(A) Threat awareness
(B) What is Verbal De-escalation
(C) Tactics
Block Four is – Physical preparedness (3 HRS)
(A) Mental & Physical awareness
(B) Physical de-escalation of a subject or minor
(C) Physical Escort of a subject or minor
Total Block of time for Training 12 hrs. Training can be continuous based upon the client's needs.
Our security officers will perform critical functions designed to prevent unauthorized access to facilities, protect life, maintain order, maintain logs/reports, deter criminal actions directed against customers, employees, assets, and provide emergency support. It is vital to ensure the best candidates fill these roles for M.P.S. and its customers.
