Guard Screening

The screening process established by M.P.S. ensures that prospective security personnel:


Screening :

To ensure that we hire the best candidates, all prospective officers submit to a horough background check before we consider them for employment. We also examine work histories very closely, and as part of the final evaluation, a board comprised of current and retired police officers who are skilled in interview and evaluation processes interviews each candidate. The candidate is questioned to ascertain the following

.   Initiative

.   Willingness and ability to follow orders and directions

.   Ability to lead and work collaboratively in teams. Willingness to accept constructive criticism
